"This sock monkey dress was originally created for the Walker Un-Prom, a fashion show at the Walker Art Center in conjunction with the WTAC (Walker Teen Arts Council). This dress will be a custom-designed, couture piece custom fit exclusively for you.
I knit the entire dress on a knitting machine in my Minneapolis design studio. There are 30 faces encircling the entire skirt, each with it's own personal name tag. The gown is fully lined in red satin. I recommend you wear a full length crinoline skirt under the dress for added body.
Please note that this dress will take approximately 8 weeks to be delivered to you.
